SCALLOPED POTATO-ONION BAKE
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup 1/2 cup milk Dash ground black pepper 4 medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 pounds), thinly sliced 1 small onion, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup) 1 tablespoon margarine or butter Paprika 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Mix soup, milk and pepper. In 1 1/2-quart casserole layer half the potatoes, onion and soup mixture. Repeat layers. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley (if using).
Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for l hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
