DELUXE CHIPPERS
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup chopped dates 3/4 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup granola 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 pkg (12oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
In large bowl, cream the butter with the brown sugar and egg. Blend in the vanilla.
Combine the floour, soda and salt. Blend into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the dates, coconut, granola, pecans and chocolate chips until blended.
Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until pale golden. Remove from baking sheet. Cool on wire rack
