APPLE MILK
1/2 cup apple juice 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/2 tsp lemon juice Dash ground cinnamon Cinnamon stick, optional
In blender container, place the apples juice, buttermilk, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cover. blend 15 seconds at high speed. Pour into a glass. GArnish with a cinnamon stick, if used.
CHOCOLATE MONKEY
1/2 cup chocolate milk 1/2 jigger creme de cacao 1 smal banana, cut up 2 ice cubes Crushed chocolate wafers or chopped semi sweet chocolate, optional
In blender container, place chocolate milk and creme de cacao. Add banana. Cover. Blend until smooth. Through hole in lid of blender gradually add ice cubes, until mixture is smooth. Pour into a glass. GArnish with crushed cookies or chopped chocolate, if used.
RAZZLE-DAZZLE RASPBERRY SHAKE
1/2 cup apricot nectar 1/2 cup lemonade 1 cup vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, partially thawed 2 ice cubes
In a blender container, blend apricot nectar, lemonade and ice cream until smooth. Add berries and ice cubes. Blend again. Garnish with a berry, if desired.
