CREAMY BEEF AND VEGTABLE CASSEROLE
1 pound ground beef 1 small chopped onion 1 bag frozen broccoli, corn and pepper(or any mixed veggie) 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
In a medium skillet brown beef and onion; drain excess fat.
In a casserole dish mix soup, veggies and beef/ onion mixture.
Bake covered at 350 degrees 40 minutes. |
