VEGGIE CHEESE SOUP
1/2 cup water 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 cup shredded carrots 1/4 onion, chopped 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed cream of potato soup 2 cups milk 1 cup chopped broccoli 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded Provolone
Combine water, butter, carrots, onion and pepper. Cover; simmer 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add undiluted soup, milk, broccoli, corn, and cheeses. Stir until cheese melts. Simmer on low 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
