MOM'S POTATO SALAD
4 cups cooked, cubed potato 4 strips cubed bacon 1/4 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced celery 2 hard cooked eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
Cook diced potatoes until tender. Drain and chill well.
Brown bacon cubes. When crisp add onion to hot bacon fat.
Pour over the potatoes and celery. Add diced cooked eggs or use eggs as garnish.
Add salt, pepper and fold in with the Miracle Whip. |
