CORN FONDUE
4 slices white bread 1 cup milk Small piece green bell pepper 1/4 small onion 2 eggs 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned whole kernel corn, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1-quart casserole.
Break one slice bread into 6 pieces and drop into Blender container; cover and run on Speed 7 until finely crumbed. Empty into greased casserole. Repeat process with remaining bread, crumbing one slice at a time.
Put all remaining ingredients except corn in Blender container; cover and run on Speed 8 until onion and green pepper are chopped. Pour over soft crumbs; mix.
Add corn to casserole; mix well.
Bake about 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
