GRATED POTATO CASSEROLE
1 cup milk 3 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup Cheddar cheese, cubed 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened 1/2 green bell pepper, diced 1 small onion, quartered 4 medium-size raw potatoes, peeled and cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Put all ingredients in Blender container in order listed, cover and blend on Speed 12 just until all potatoes go through the blades (do not overbiend). Pour into prepared casserole.
Bake 1 hour.
