LITTLE TOSTADA TARTS
FOR THE DOUGH: 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix 1/4 tsp. chili powder 1/4 cup cold water FOR THE FILLING: 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix 1 cup water FOR THE TOPPING: 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz.) 1/3 cup shredded lettuce 3/4 cup dairy sour cream 1/2 cup chopped tomato 2 tbsp. sliced green onion 8 bugles nacho cheese snack (optional garnish)
Heat oven to 475 degrees F. Grease 8 (6-oz.) custard cups.
Mix baking mix and chili powder; stir in 1/4 cup water until a dough forms.
Divide dough into 8 parts. Press each part in custard cup. Place custard cups in jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch.
Bake until light golden brown. 8 to 10 minutes; cool completely Loosen tarts with knife; remove from custard cups.
Brown ground beef in 2-quart saucepan; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix (dry) and 1 cup water. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture into tarts. Top with remaining ingredients.
