PINEAPPLE APRICOT JAM
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/3 cup snipped dried apricots 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
Combine undrained pineapple with apricots and heat to boiling. Cook rapidly 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add sugar and lemon peel. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, until thickened, stirring frequently. (Store in refrigerator.)
