HAM AND CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen Green Giant Cauliflower Cuts 2 tablespoons margarine or butter 2 tablespoons flour 2 teaspoons instant minced onion 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 cup milk 2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups cubed, cooked ham 1 (4 oz.) can Green Giant Mushrooms Pieces and Stems, drained 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Prepare cauliflower according to package directions omitting salt; drain. Cut larger pieces into bite-size pieces.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large saucepan, melt margarine. Add flour, onion and pepper; heat until bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.
Remove from heat; stir in cheese until melted. Fold in cauliflower, ham and mushrooms. Place in prepared casserole,
Combine bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle evenly over top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
