CHERRY MUFFINS1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup white sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons melted butter 2 eggs 1/2 cup cherry juice 1/2 cup milk 1/2 small bottle maraschino cherries cut up. Stir together dry ingredients and add the cherries. Mix eggs, combined milk and cherry juice, and melted butter. Stir the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture stirring just to moisten.
