COFFEE FRAPPE

1/2 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 cup cold strong coffee
2 tablespoons sugar

Mix evaporated milk with coffee and sugar. Chill in refrigerator.

Pour into bowl or blender and beat until light and fluffy.

Serve in tall, chilled glasses.

Makes 2 servings
