CREAMY MUSHROOM RICE
1 1/2 cups water 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked 1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature
Combine water, mushrooms, butter, and bouillon cubes saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and serve at once.
