BREAD AND MEAT HASH
2 cups soft grated bread crumbs 2 cups leftover roast beef 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon minced onion 2 tablespoons melted butter 1/2 cup meat gravy
Cook the onion in the melted butter for five minutes, stirring constantly. Add crumbs and stir until well mixed.
Put meat in frying pan and add salt. Then pour over it the butter, onion and bread crumbs mixture and the meat gravy.
When brown, fold over like an omelet and serve with tartar sauce.
