TASTES LIKE LOBSTER
2 quarts boiling water 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup salt 1 pound frozen haddock fillets FOR SERVING: Melted butter Lemon wedges
Combine boiling water, sugar and salt. Add haddock.
Boil 20 minutes. Drain.
Serve with butter and lemon.
