MARINATED SUMMERTIME VEGETABLES
2 cups thinly sliced zucchini 1 (8-3/4 oz.) can Del Monte Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn, drained 2 thin red onion slices 1/4 cup Regina White Wine Vinegar 1 Tbsp. water 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper Dash cayenne pepper
Combine zucchini, corn and onion. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over vegetables; toss. Chill.
Can be made a day ahead.
