CEDDARBURGER SKILLET
1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Celery Soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup 1/4 cup water 2 cans (16 ounces each) whole potatoes, drained and sliced
In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender (use shortening if necessary). Stir to separate meat; pour off fat.
Stir in soups and water; add potatoes. Heat; stir occasionally.
Garnish with sauteed cherry tomatoes if desired.
