PEANUT BUTTER CRISPY TREATS
1 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup 1 cup sugar 1 cup creamy or super chunk peanut butter 8 cups Rice Krlsples cereal
Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
In large saucepan over low heat stir together first three ingredients. Stirring constantly, bring to boil. Remove from heat.
Add cereal; toss to coat well. Press into pan. Cool. Cut into 2x2-inch squares.
Makes 32 squares
CHOCOLATE CRISPY TREATS
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels 1 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup 1 Tbsp margarine 1/2 tsp vanilla 6 cups Rice Krisples cereal
Grease 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
In 3-quart saucepan stir together first three ingredients. Stirring constantly, bring to full boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla. Add cereal; toss to coat well. Press into pan. Let stand until firm. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
