Ur recipes r very easy 2 understand. I am happy 2 have found ur recipes. My mom was born in P.R. when she was alife she use 2 cook alot. But I never learn how 2 make pastelies or other recipes. Have u written a book so I could get it. By da way my mom n daughter has ur name. Da people with da name Gladys r good people. God bless u now n always n ur lov ones......... Dee
