SPARERIBS MARQUETTE
1 1/2 pounds pork spareribs 1 large jar prepared mincemeat
In Dutch oven, cover spareribs with water. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain. Place spareribs in foil-lined casserole.
Cover and bake in a 325 degree F oven for 2 hours.
Add mincemeat and cover. Return to oven for 30 minutes longer. Mrs. Sam B. Marquette, Louisville, Kentucky
