PEANUT BUTTER M&M COOKIES

3/4 cup margarine softened
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups flour, all-purpose all-purpose
3/4 cup quick cooking oats, uncooked
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 ounces m&m's

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large mixing bowl, cream margarine, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.

Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in M&M's Semi-sweet chocolate candies until evenly blended.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 8 - 12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks.

Store in tightly covered container.
