MARINATED VEGETABLE PLATTER
1 (16 oz.) bottle Wish-Bone Italian Dressing, divided use 1 (16 oz.) can whole green beans, drained 1 (14 oz.) can whole artichoke hearts, drained and halved (optional) 1 (15 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can whole beets, drained 1 (8 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained 1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained
Marinate each vegetable in separate bowls as follows: pour 1/2 cup WishBone Italian Dressing over green beans and artichoke hearts; pour 1/4 cup over asparagus, beets, carrots, and mushrooms.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.
To serve, arrange vegetables on platter.
