MMM-MEATLOAF

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
Dash pepper
Extra Heinz 57 Sauce (optional, for top)

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape in loaf (8 inches by 4 inches by 1 1/2 inches) in lightly greased shallow baking pan. Brush top with additional 57 Sauce, if desired.

Bake in 350 degree F oven for 1 hour. Allow meatloaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
