SAVORY PEPPER STEAK

1 green, red or yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 pound stir-fry beef strips (or 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tablespoon Wyler’s Beef-Flavor Bouillon Granules (or 3 Beef-Flavor Bouillon Cubes)
Hot cooked rice (optional, for serving)

Spray surface of large, non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, stir-fry meat until tender and brown.

Add peppers, onion, bouillon and 1/2 cup water, cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
