SPINACH CHEESE SQUARES

1/4 cup butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. jack cheese, grated
4 cups chopped fresh spinach

Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 13x9-inch baking pan.

Beat eggs in mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. After mixing well, spread into prepared pan.

Bake for 35 minutes. Cool for 1/2 hour before cutting into squares and serving.

Makes 1 (13x9-inch) pan
