TUNA MAC SKILLET

1 (7 1/4 ounce) package macaroni and cheese dinner mix
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 cans (6 1/2 or 7 ounces each) tuna drained and broken in to chunks
1 cup dairy sour cream

Cook macaroni from mix according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in 10 inch skillet combine cheese from mix, milk and butter or margarine. Stir in drained mushrooms, parsley, paprika, and mustard. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in tuna, sour cream and macaroni. Heat through but do not boil.
