TACO FOLDOVERS
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crusts FOR THE FILLING: 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Old El Paso Thick 'n Chuuky Salsa 1 cup cubed, cooked chicken 1 cup chopped tomato 1/4 cup sliced green onions 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese OPTIONAL, FOR SERVING: shredded lettuce, sliced ripe olives, sour cream and additional salsa
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place pie crusts on ungreased cookie sheets; remove plastic sheets. Set aside.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and salsa; mix well. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over each pie crust. Sprinkle half of each crust with remaining ingredients. Fold untopped half of each crust over filling; do not seal.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 14 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
If desired, top with shredded lettuce, sliced ripe olives, sour cream and additional salsa.
