GOOD AND RICH CHERRY PIE
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust 1 (21 oz.) can Comstock Cherry Pie Filling, divided use 1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
In small mixer bowl blend cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla; divide mixture in half.
To one half add melted chocolate, mixing well. Spread chocolate mixture in crust, spread half of the cherry pie filling over chocolate; set aside.
Fold whipped cream into remaining cheese mixture. Spread over pie filling. Spoon remaining pie filling in center of pie. Chill.
