CHERRY CHEESE PIZZA
pastry for 2-crust (9-inch) pie 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/3 cup chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon lemon extract 2 cans (21 ounces each) Comstock Cherry Pie Filling
Roll pastry and put in 12-inch pizza pan forming a high fluted edge of crust.
Bake pastry at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, walnuts and lemon extract. Pour into crust.
Bake 10 minutes more. Cool and spread with pie filling. Chill.
