CHEESED POTATO CRISPS3 tablespoons regular margarine or butter, melted
5 medium-size baking potatoes, pared
Salt (to taste)
1 1/2 cups shredded American cheese
2 cups Corn Flakes cereal, crushed to measure 1 cup
Paprika
Brush melted margarine over bottom of 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into slices, about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange slices in single layer in pan, turning once to coat both sides with margarine.
Sprinkle potatoes with salt, then with cheese. Top with crushed cereal. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in oven at 375 degree F about 25 minutes or until tender.
