OPEN-FACE HOT BEEF SANDWICHES

3/4 pound cooked sliced beef
1/2 cup beef broth
2 baguettes, split
Mustard, if desired
Lettuce leaves
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat beef and broth until hot.

Spread bottom half of baguettes with mustard. Place hot beef on baguettes. Top with lettuce and tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper. Cut baguettes in half.

Makes 4 servings
