ONION BREAD

For a 1 1/2 lb. loaf:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (or 1 1/2 teaspoons quick rise or bread machine yeast)

For a 2 lb. loaf:
1 1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
4 tablespoon sugar
4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon active dry yeast (or 2 teaspoons quick rise or bread machine yeast)

Add ingredients to pan in order given. Use Basic cycle.
