PEACH COOLER

1 cup milk
1 cup peeled, sliced peaches
dash of salt
2 to 3 drops almond extract
1 cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

Put all ingredients except ice cream into Osterizer blender container. Cover and process at LIQUEFY until smooth. Stop blender, add ice cream, cover and process 1 cycle at BLEND.

Makes 2 servings
