QUICK CORN MAZATLAN

1 (17 oz.) can Del Monte Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, divided use
1 (4 oz.) can Ortega diced green chiles
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

Drain corn reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.

Combine reserved liquid and cream cheese in saucepan. Heat and blend smooth.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Makes 4-6 servings
