GREEN BEANS WITH WALNUTS
12 ounces fresh green beans, split lengthwise 2 tbsp. chicken stock 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts 2 tbsp. snipped chives I tbsp. minced shallots 2 cloves garlic, minced
Steam the beans until tender, about 5 minutes.
In a large no-stick frying pan over medium heat, combine the stock, walnuts, chives, shallots and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes, or until the shallots are tender and the liquid has evaporated.
Add the beans and warm through.
