FLAVORAGEOUS CRISPY TREATS

5 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 (16 oz.) package) Kraft Miniature Marshmallows (9 cups)
1 (0.13 oz.) envelope Kool-Aid Brand Unsweetened Soft Drink Mix (any favor)
9 cups crisp rice cereal

Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan.

Microwave margarine in large rnicrowavable bowl on HIGH 45 seconds or until melted.

Add miniature marshmallows toss to coat with margarine. Microwave on HIGH 2 1/2 minutes, or until smooth when stirred, stirring every minute.

Stir in drink mix. Immediately add cereal; mix lightly until well-coated. Using greased spatula or waved paper, press into prepared pan. Cool.

Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters or cut into squares.

TOP OF STOVE:
Melt margarine in 4 quart saucepan on low heat Add miniature marshmallows; stir until marshmallows are meted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Continue as directed above.

Makes 18 to 24 servings
