PINA COLADA FRUIT DIP

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup toasted coconut
Fresh fruit (cut for dipping)

In blender container, combine pineapple and cream of coconut; blend to partially puree pineapple.

In medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream and coconut; fold in pineapple mixture. Chill 2 hours.

Serve with fresh fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes about 2 cups
