COCONUT PRALINE SAUCE

1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flaked coconut

In small saucepan combine all ingredients. Over medium heat, bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

Serve warm over ice cream, pound cake or fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.

TO PREPARE IN A MICROWAVE:
In 1-quart glass bowl or measure, combine all ingredients. Microwave on full power (high) 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture boils; mix well. Microwave on 1/2 power (medium) 3 minutes, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes. Serve as above.

Makes about 1 3/4 cups
