COCONUT HOT FUDGE SAUCE
1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (or 4 (1 ounce each) squares semi-sweet chocolate 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk) 1 (15 ounce) can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut ice cream or with fresh fruit (for serving)
In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Gradually stir in cream of coconut; heat through.
Serve warm over ice cream or with fresh fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.
TO PREPARE IN A MICROWAVE: In 1-quart glass measure, combine chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on full power (high) 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute. Gradually stir in cream of coconut; microwave on full power (high) 2 minutes, stirring after each minute.
