SAUCY BURGERS
1 pound ground beef 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup tine dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell’s Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup 2/3 cup water Minute Rice, cooked
Mix beef with egg, onion, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Shape into 4 patties, 1-inch thick. Brown in large skillet for 5 minutes on each side. Remove patties; drain fat.
Stir soup and water into skillet and bring to a boil. Return patties to skillet, cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
