NO FAT THAI SAUCE
1 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup shredded carrot 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce (found in Asian markets) 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1 teaspoon sugar Zest and juice of 2 limes Fresh basil, cilantro, or mint (to taste) hot sauce (to taste)
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate. Keeps for 3 days.
