BUTTERMILK FUDGE POPS

8 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup buttermilk

In a 4-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, add semisweet chocolate, sugar and whole milk. Heat on High for 30-35 seconds.

Remove from microwave and stir. Place mixture back in the microwave and continue to heat another 30-45 seconds.

Remove and stir until smooth, then add vanilla and buttermilk.

Divide mixture among eight 4-ounce freezer pop molds and freeze for 4 to 5 hours.

Pops will last for up to 1 month in the freezer.

Makes 16 (2-ounce) freezer pops
