SIX CHEESE ITALIAN SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, fine chopped 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise 1/4 cup light sour cream 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 (7 oz.) package Tuscan herb shredded cheese, seasoned according to package directions 1/2 cup tomato, chopped FOR SERVING (OPTIONAL): Baked corn chips Chunky Salsa Reduced fat sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt in large bowl; stir well. Add seasoned cheese; stir to blend. Spoon mixture into medium baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream.
