HOMEMADE JERK RUB
2 tablespoons onion powder 4 teaspoons dry thyme leaves, crushed 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons ground allspice 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons ground black pepper 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Store leftover seasoning in a tightly closed glass jar. It will keep for more than a month.
