TRAIL TIRAMISU1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons instant espresso
2 tablespoons Kahlua
1 (3.4-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups milk (made from powdered milk)
16 ladyfingers
2 tablespoons cocoa or chocolate bits
Bring water to a boil, stir in espresso and Kahlua, mixing well.
Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk.
Layer half of ladyfingers on bottom of pot or dish. Drizzle with half the espresso mixture and spread half the pudding over the top. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers, espresso and pudding. Garnish with cocoa or chocolate bits. Chill dish if possible before serving.
