SAUSAGE RICE PILAF
1 lb. Bob Evans Savory Sage Roll Sausage 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced celery 1/4 cup diced red pepper 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth 1/2 cup water 1 cup rice 1 (7 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, onion, celery and red pepper until sausage is browned.
Add broth and water. Bring to a boil. Removed from heat and add rice and mushrooms. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes or until rice is tender and all the liquid is absorbed.
