FROZEN CUCUMBERS

2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
Cucumbers, peeled and sliced (amount not listed)

Combine sugar, water, vinegar and salt in a saucepan. Boil 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Place cucumbers in freezer containers. Pour syrup over cucumbers. Seal and freeze.

Makes 8 servings
