PEACHSICLES

1 (8.25 oz.) can sliced peaches in juice, drained
1 cup (8 oz.) nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup (2 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cut peaches in bite-size pieces. Put 3 pieces in each of 4 paper or plastic 5-ounce juice cups.

Place remaining peaches in small bowl. Stir yogurt, orange juice concentrate, honey and vanilla with peaches. Pour into juice cups.

Insert wooden stick into center of each cup. Cover cups with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Let sticks poke through covering. Put cups stick-side up on level surface in freezer. Freeze 3 hours or until solid.

To serve, peel or cut paper or plastic from frozen pops.

Makes 6 servings

Per serving: 71 calories, 15 g carbohydrate, 1 mg cholesterol, 3 g protein and 37 mg sodium each. Food exchange: 1 fruit.
