NOODLES ROMANOFF
1/3 cup finely chopped onion 1 carton (16 oz.) cottage cheese 1 carton (16 oz.) sour cream, at room temperature 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 8 oz. uncooked egg noodles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease shallow 2-quart baking dish.
In large bowl, combine onion, cottage cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well. Turn into prepared baking dish.
Bake, covered, in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes. Uncover. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
While mixture bakes, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Pour egg mixture over hot noodles.
